I have grown up in a home where disability is a part of life. This has given me compassion and an understanding as to some of the challenges people living with disability face.

Hygiene is essential to everyone’s health. It is key to avoiding discomfort, illness and hospitalization. Hygiene skills also promote privacy, dignity, 

self- esteem and independence. 

Sexual health is vital to our existence as a society, and I value the impact of empowering people with knowledge so that they are equipped to make informed choices.
